It's ready for wireless if it has a wireless adapter and is in range of an available wireless network.
Check your device manager to see if you have an adapter.

It would help if you can write down a proper question. I suppose you want to know if you can connect to internet using wireless access points. Go to the contro panel, network connections. If you see a device that says wireless then you are in.

Look at the instruction manual that came with it. If it mentions Wi-Fi you're good to go. If not, you'll have to buy a wireless adapter.
