I was wearing fuzzy shirt and a kid with a balloon passed by me and the balloon stuck to my shirt. It was embarrassing because the balloon had a hard time getting off the clothes and kept trying to cling back on like a magnet.
I walked by a hot air balloon and felt like I was being dragged backwards. I looked up and the hot air balloon was starting to pull down towards me. I started running but could only walk like I was up against a hard wind with the static pulling me to the balloon. Eventually the balloon overtook me and stuck me to the side of it. I had to spend all day riding around the hot air balloon travels till the static wore off.

Are you complaining? What's up with that? You got a free hot air balloon ride, didn't ya? =)
If this really bothers you then here are some ideas to bounce around.
For starters, peel off the socks that are stuck to your fuzzy shirt before you go out.
Panty hose are notorious for causing static cling, so STOP wearing them over your head.
A crumpled wad of aluminum foil in the dryer helps prevent static so I suggest you make a foil hat to wear when you go out. An added bonus is that this will keep 'them' from reading your thoughts.

some, purely some, dryer sheets have static safeguard in them yet scent extreme high quality like known fabric softener. shop a small field of them on your glove field or table drawer. in case you get static basically rub one on your outfits, palms, legs, and so on. Even your hair!

When this happens to me, I just get a bunch of wires and wrap them around me and connect each end to a light bulb. Makes my day just a little bit brighter.
It is also fun to sneak up behind a cat (or dog or person) and give them a zap on the derriere.

I would burn your clothes and then take a long look at yourself in the mirror. Are you the energy problem or are your Snuggles fabric sheets the problem?

I put KY Jelly in with my clothes during the wash cycle. Nothing will stick to my clothes when I take them out.

I use Bounce dryer sheets and never have that problem :)
