It could be a variety of things. Do you run your A/C or heat a lot? That can really dry you out. Do you use nasal spray? That can cause your body to stop producing it's own lubrication. Do you have allergies? Have you taken any prescription medication lately? All of these things can cause dryness and nose bleeds. Go to Wal-mart or a drug store and get some all natural saline nose spray. It will help with the dryness w/o causing any side effects. The bleeds you'll have to deal with as they come. Avoid aspirin though as it makes your blood thinner.

Hi Girly :)
Sorry your feeling this way~ I can't say what it might be but In the past these symptoms with me have usually meant allergies and/or stress.
There are other underlying reasons this could be as well.
Go to Urgent care or Walk in clinic and they can help you
until you can see your regular doctor.
HOME CARE
You need rest. Drink a cup of Chamomile tea before bed. Using a cotton swab, apply a few drops of vitamin E from a capsule inside the tip of your nose tonight before bed until your nosebleeds stop.
Also
Bioflavonoids 500 mg (inquire at GNC, Health store etc.)
Foods that are high in bioflavonoids include apricots, broccoli, cantaloupes, cherries, grapefruits, grapes,
oranges and lemons.
Hope this helps

This happened to me when i used nasal spray for allergeys. It actually did alot of dammage in only a few days. so what i did was stop using the nasal spray for one, and moisturized the inside of my nose with vasaline, sounds gross but its very soothing and helped alot. Took about a full month before the cuts in my nose fully healed.

it's completly normal it happens to me sometimes. All you do is put some soft baby oil on a ear cleaner tube and coat the inside of your nose with it.

make sure you are getting enough rest. stressing over htis wont help a bit. also drink sooooo much water. aim for 16 ounces of water evry hour!!!!it may sem alot, but water will help anything. also, eat bannas. they have a chemical called fiber to keep the blood level (which causes nosebleeds) under control.

use "ocean spray" brand saline nasal spray to keep it from drying out. It's harmless, in fact it's proven to be VERY good for you sinuses and it's non prescription. I use it and it works great.
