Some peds do a 3-5 day check, some wait until 2 weeks. Then there is a 2 month check up, 4 month, 6 month, some do a 9 month and then a 12 month.

as soon as you can after you leave the hospital (mine made me have the app. before I left), then we had one at 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months (which they don't need shots at, just a check-up) and then a year.
