You dont generally get any symptoms untill after your period is missed and its too early to tell for sure right now. If you are having any of those symptoms they could be from a bladder infection or uti. Your about to start your period and being more hungry or tired is not uncommon to happen about now for a period and you could simply have the flu or some type of bug for the other symptoms. If you want to be pregnant dont worry and give it time till you can take a test. If you dont want to be pregnant dont worry as all your symptoms can be explained by other things and its too early to tell yet.

I didn't have the 'pee' urgency until about 4-5 months along. I did begin to have intense hunger during the early morning hours (4-5am) very early in the pregnancy, before my missed period. Nausea and upset stomach followed into my 7-9 week of pregnancy. The need to drink more (cotton mouth) came very late in the pregnancy, 7 months.
The best thing right now is to wait and see if you do indeed miss your period. Those may all be PMS signs, or your mind playing tricks on you. In any case, good luck!

Those are all signs of early pregnancy. The further along you are the more prominent those symptoms will become. The only way to be sure is, of course, to get a home pregnancy test or to schedule a visit at the OB's office. Good Luck!

Unusually dark and/or profuse lip hair, thickening of pubic hair, carnal insatiability, ringing in just one ear, spontaneous dizziness, unusually vivid dreams, unusually dull dreams, absence of dreams, profusion of dreams (are you noticing a trend here?), sudden dislike of the texture of pickles/cucumbers, and all sorts of other arbitrary things. The basic idea behind any "old wive's tale" sign is to jump on anything that seems spontaneous and arbitrary and claim that it's a sign. When in fact it is usually due to other factors that are almost entirely unrelated. However if you start getting really particular about color choices for even the most trivial of things then you know that you are pregnant.

most of those are second and third trimester problems not early signs.
early signs are sore breasts
missed period
cramping
all early pregnancy signs are signs your period is coming.
your first real pregnancy sign is a missed period followed by a positive home test and nausa
