I tried aluminum foil but it doesn't seem to work.

Go out into a public place and scream "STOP EATING MY BRAIN!!!" at the top of your lungs. The cosmic rays hate that.

Attach a mirror on top of the aluminum foil. That way the cosmic waves bounce back to the originator and eat their brain instead of yours.

A lead-lined room with steel reinforced throughout,
plus a helmet made out of the same material along with a suit. You'll also need a motorized wheel chair to get around in because the suit would be a little heavy to walk around!!!

Staying in the city under massive smog should help out along with regular meditation to clear and calm all brain activity. No channeling :)
