Erik - it's short and easy to pronounce.

Jens sounds girly.
Erik sounds good.
Henrik is also good.

Henrik has a good sound to it and is not so common. Actually, I've never even heard the name before, but do like it. It's like a modern twist on the old name Henry. It sorta sounds like a character in Harry Potter, to be honest.

Erik is more reliable to always be modern and recognizable.

Hope this is helpful!

I like henrik i think that is an interesting name and it sounds german . Jens is nice but that is more for a girl and erik is too common. good luck and congrats on the baby .

Depends where he will spend most of his time. If he will be spending time here in the States for most of his schooling years, etc. then I'd knock out Jens. If he'll be around a Germanic/Nordic area then Jens or Henrick would be fantastic.
