are going to be released on dvd? Blockbuster just doesn't cut it. I am looking for a site that will help us keep up with the new dvd releases as well as the theater! Thanks!

Hey Alleycat,,, I have checked Yahoo! movies, but I always get sent to movies in theaters. Am I doing something wrong? Please let me know, I am a big Yahoo! fan.
Oh, and thanks everyone so much for the links. I am checking them out now. We live in the south and when it gets to be too hot, we like watching movies at home as a family, but since we live 20 miles from a movie store, I like being able to see what is available before I leave. You all are great, please leave me any more sites you may know of.

I actually wanted to pick everyone for the best answer! I live way out in the country so it is costly now a days to drive 20 plus miles to the movie store. Thanks to everyone for the links, they were all very helpful.

The large bookstores often have this information, since they both rent and sell DVDs.

Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Borders.

Where I live we have a couple of big chain CD/DVD dealers who have mailing lists and probably notify, if desired...can't think of the names offhand, but see them in many cities. And the big chain rental places too often sell and notify.

I don't use CDs and DVDs for entertainment, so have not investigated, just seen things while shopping for books or with friends.

Good luck

IMDB.com has that information, and just about all the information on any movie you could ever ask for.
