On the contrary, I LOVE the word 'zionist'. 'Zionist' simply means a person who believes in the right of the Jewish state to exist. I do. If any group of people deserves and needs a homeland - albeit a tiny one that is smaller than New Jersey, then it's Jewish people. And speaking as someone who lived in Israel for a while, I can confirm that zionism - the movement to establish Israel - has produced a beautiful, democratic and enchanting country.

"Zionist"... I'm Jewish and have NEVER gotten my check from the great conspiracy-bank.
"Neocon"... Liberals have adopted it just like Right-wingers used to use "Liberal", "Commie-Pinko", or "Leftist".
"Progressive"... a little key word for either "Socialism" or "Tax-hike".
Now I'm a former Republican from California, so I do believe in Global Warming and other Environmental issues... AND I also see the point of a "Living Wage".
