I'm not sure what your question is Shirley, but if you're using BT as a Service Provider, surely they should have sent you some papers with all the details on as to how much your monthly bill would be.

OMG for goodness sake woman,. GET SHOT OF BT IF YOU VALUE YOUR INCOME,.. they're the greediest, money-grabbing bas***ds this side of the atlantic. Go with someone else or your income will be SAVAGELY attacked and consumed by these profiteering, manipulative, cold-hearted, scheming, sly, devious scumbags.
ANY excuse they can to make you feel you're GETTING a good deal when in fact it's merely a 'smoke-screen' to wangle more cash out of you.
Do yourself, and your income a HUGE favour,. and CANCEL your dealings with them,... trust me, I got stung by them for 3 years,. and only when I got SO fed up with their charges I told them to literally go **** themselves; I paid them what I owed them and left,.. they're BAD news; all they care about is PROFIT, PROFIT, PROFIT. You have been respectfully warned. Good luck.
Death to BT!
