My huspand had his SS number stolen and the guy commited bank robberys and grand larcenrys in his name. Now my husband is wanted in most states along the eastern seaboard??
Any tips on how to clear his name?

I had ID theft but not to that extreme. Best get all his papers, birth cert, Dl, SS card, Have all the proof that he is how he is, all checks, copy's of work records,hours worked times an dates,showing the was not in those state at the time of the Felonies. Since they are capital offences Bank robbery than It would be the FBI that you would contact explain your problem and ask what you need to do & see to clear your husband name & record, if you wait till he get stopped than your really in a mess.?? Just my thought don't wait.
