Nikon D40X? Canon XTI? Pentax K10D, Olympus E-510?

I'd say the Nikon D40X, with the Canon XTI in 2nd place....

I think the original D40 is better than the D40X - and Ken Rockwell agrees. Check his reviews on both cameras.

I have always had Cannons. I wouldn't use anything else. To me they are made better and hold up better.
