First, you want to make sure those cuts are clean. Because a cat's claws aren't. Douse the area with peroxide. After that dries, repeat with alcohol. Then put Neosporin or some other antibiotic ointment on it.

If there are no complications, you can use your cocoa butter tomorrow.

clean it well and if its scabbed over put peroxide on it... then apply some neosporin. Cat's claws are very dirty and even the slightest scratch can start looking nasty in a few days.

You main concern shouldn't be trying to speed the healing as much as keeping it from getting infected and looking worse. Odds are you'll have some scratches on Saturday its just a question of whether they will be unnoticable or bright red and infected.

Clean the scratches with either alochol or peroxide.

Neosporin helps cuts to heal faster. Once the scatches have formed scabs, you can apply some homeopathic remedies, like aloe, vitamin E, etc.

If its not healed by Saturday paint nu skin over it to seal it. then apply thick makeup like Max Factor Pan Stick to conceal it. This should be ok for your photo session, and you can gently remove makeup afterwards.
