Yes, wear tampons when swimming.. Never pads.. They will soak up water!

Sure!!! The first time I used a tampon was when I had a Water Ski tournament!! After that I have never stopped using them. There is nothing that feels better in those days!! :)

yeah, because think about it, if you wear a pad, it might slip out of your bathing suit and leak(you don't want that to happen), or if you don't wear anything(pad nor tampon), the pool will be filled with blood. that's why tampons are the right choice for swimming.

That's why they made them. You definately wouldn't want to wear a pad in their. Tampons are good if you want to stay active while on your period (and if you want to wear thongs :})
