I used to water ski when I was younger using a traditional boat. I'd like to water ski again, but would like a pwc instead due to towing / size / cost constraints.

Seems like storage would be a problem on PWCs as well. Has anybody come up with solutions (folding skis?) for PWC owners that want to water ski?

Yes, they do, or where I live they do. You have to abide by your State Boating Laws. Which may require the Jet-Ski sit 3 people. One skier, one lookout and driver.
For ski storage you may try an aluminum over head frame to strap the skis too and may fit a small box or small flat grate or hangers for ropes and Vests. Just need to do some brainstorming and think of the options, you not want to make it top heavy, this why I mention aluminum.

On right find "State by State Laws", it may tell what you need to know or call your local Game and Fish Commission or Coast Guard Auxiliary.

In most places it is illegal to tow anything behind a PWC.
