I have too long of a list, but I like the opening and ending songs from Naruto,Eureka 7,Inu-Yasha,Bleach,Blood+,D. Gray-man,and Fullmetal Alchemist.
Some other good songs that were in anime were:Hakanaku Tsuyoku by YUI,Endscape by UVERworld,Scarecrow by The Pillows, and Tsuki Akari by Rie Fu

Yeah, Fighting Dreamers is a good song. I recommend Opening Seven to One Piece, Crazy Rainbow Star and Opening Five Kokoro no Chizu. =D
Oh and if you want something silly/retarded, Oh Come My Way (image song for Bon Clay [gay guy on OP]) or Pandaman (image song for Pandaman[Oda's wrestler character])
