any other website like myspace will be just as dangerous as myspace as long as you're smart about it. if you're not smart... get off the computer.

Myspace isn't dangerous if you use it properly.
No personal info and keep your profile and pictures private, do not accept people you do not know as friends... it's very easy to use that site and have fun safely.

You can always put your myspace profile on Private, but there are tons of sites like Myspace:
