right before i go to sleep at night i get a shocking tingle feeling under my left breast... its always in that one spot and i dont know what it is... has anyone ever had this and does anyone know what it is? it only last for about 5 minutes and it has been happening every night for the past couple of weeks.

it is likely due to the change in position when you lay down. While you have been up and about the baby has been in one position, when you lay down, it moves and circulation rushes to that area causing the tingle, kind of like when your foot falls asleep and you can get a "shocking tingle" as the circulation returns to the foot. Wouldn't worry about it, mention it to your OB doc at your next visit.
