Do people understand you easily?

Ok, I didn't quite understand your post title .. but,
I believe people can understand anothr person as well as how they communicate with one another. Some people have great communication skills, while others .. well, they can say a thousand words a minute and you would still not understand them.
thats just life.

People make out they understand me but deep down I know they don't because I'm a really mixed up confused person so I don't think anybody will ever understand me.
