If Kobe Bean Bryant's wife can change her name from Vanessa Cornejo Urbieta Laine to Vanessa Marie Bryant, then why doesn't Kobe Bean Bryant change his middle name too if his wife can change her middle name.

I remember hearing a discussion about that when the story broke and the explanation was that wives of athletes tend to be very mentally weak. They almost understand that their husbands are going to sleep with other women and don't care.
It's kinda disgusting that Kobe is able to defend himself by saying, "All I did was cheat on my wife" and he is forgiven not only by her but by the public. For a normal man it's just about the worst thing you can do and you will be looked at as scum of the earth. But how did people treat Kobe? Remember when he was introducing the nominees at some award show right after the incident - the crowd actually applauded this prick !!!

Kobe's wife was probably confident that after he was falsely accused of rape, he wouldn't dare have sex with some strange woman ever again. How are we meant to truly understand? not even the media flowers cameras in Kobe's head so quite it cant be greater advantageous than a rumor. And as for the rumor u are speaking approximately, its a very previous rumor, so i doubt something is going on appropriate now.
