I have to tell you the boy/girl twins, I love their names fab.
Xavier is unusual you could use that as first or middle.
If I was to have a boy it would be Patrick Xavier.
You could also try Vinchenzo pronounced (vin chen zo)
You could try sicily or cicily,victoria, if your having twins boy and a girl Vinchenzo, & Victoria.
