so now i'm 5 days passed my missed period. I've taken dollar tree tests and all negitive. Should I go buy a more expensive test, or just keep waiting? I not going to the doctor yet, i dont want to jump the gun.... but i cant stand this waiting!!

I'd call the doctor, because if you don't have enough hormone to show up on the test and you ARE pregnant, they can give you hormone injections to help you keep the baby.
Now, you might not be pregnant, but it's worth the blood test, I think.

Hey... im now 4 days late and i took £1 tests ANNND the expencive ones, im going to wait at least a week, before phoning the doctor, as i too dont want to go in yet, i dont see the point of going in so early... im going to wait a few more days tes again, if it still says neg, wait a few more days then test again, if it STILLL hasnt come by then, then im going to the doctor =]

yeah, I just had this happen and was a wk late. I took all kinds of tests and all negative. I would wait before taking another expensive test. I read the sensitivity of the dollar store ones and they should register. you may have o'd late. I would wait a week then call the dr if still no af or positive. !baby dust!

I would wait until your one week past the date your period was due and take another test. If it still comes up neg go see your doctor..if the urine test from them comes back neg request they do a blood test. If the blood test comes back neg then I doubt your pg. But if it does come back pos. then how cool is that?! Good Luck...wish you the best. I am also waiting to see if I am pg so I know what u mean...this waiting is driving me insane!!!!!!!!!!! lol

If you are 5 days late, time to call the doctor. They can give you a urine test there in the office.

i would try a better EPT test first then try the doc. most likely they will do the same thing, unless you request a blood test.
