My garden on Guam

Mangu tree canopy,
Shades papaya,
The guava, and star apple,
Christmas candle tree.
Hot peppers bushes like sunshine,
Grape Fruit, Bread Fruit, Betel Nut,
Nothing lives under coconut rain,
Surrounded by thick tangan tangan,
My island, my town Finegayan.

There are fruits that make you pucker
But still you want some more

And the ones that are so portable
To eat as you go out the door

Skins and pits can make you messy
But you eat them just the same

But a mango makes me TANGO
for 15 minutes of fame

Sweet fruit of golden hue
So very worth the struggle
Through thick skin
And a massive pit
That clings to sticky flesh

Tropic taste of paradise
That first bite, transporting
And all too briefly, gone.

Of all the fruit
that man likes best,
mangoes are
above the rest.
Juicy, firm,
and sun blessed,
not unlike a woman's
breast.....
(Impromptu too......)

okay...

"Man goes in a b"ar and asks
Anyone here know Sherrie?
All he sees are vats and casks
And a bum all bent and hairy

"Man goes in a b"ar and sits
Orders drinks for all who's there
"Thanks, my friend, I'm in the pits"
It was the bum with all the hair

"Man goes in a b"ar and drinks
Trying desperately to forget
He just bought a round for a guy who stinks
And he hasn't even drank his yet

"Man goes in a b"ar and leaves
Leaving money on the table
A hairy bum with dirty sleeves
From wiping his nose when he feels able

...will this do? :)
