Pride is worst because it is the number one capital sin. When our pride is hurt, it cause anger and anger will compell us to say or do something wrong.

Both, at the wrong time, wrong place and in the wrong context!
there is a place for anger to be displayed like rallies against the government's unpopular programs or actions as well as for pride to be felt on one's or one's dear ones achievement like success in competitions especially when the odds are high and the task undertaken in fairness.

I think anger for me I have a bad temper hahaha but pride can be just as bad to it stops you from being open minded and your thoughts become narrow in every sense........stubborn I am not but my temper well it can be bad hahaha I have learned over the years that fighting and getting angry is not the answer its about communication and expressing your thoughts and listening to others with different opinions..........

like many things, it depends on the situation and how you use them, both can be positive or negative, i wouldnt think either must be bad, its good to be angry at injustice, and take pride in yourself for doing well, its bad to direct anger at others who are not responsible, and bad to let pride keep you from seeking help when you need to,, just a small example of what i mean

Pride....
Anger is productive in some cases, even healthy!
Pride is finite, and shuts the door on insight and action.

As inhibitors to personal growth, they're probably equal.
However, anger seems easiest of the two to overcome.
