Inappropriate behavior is just that, inappropriate, regardless of sex, looks, race, age a person is. Now I am a real affectionate person, and thank goodness I am not in the work force, as I am sure that I would fail the strict guidelines all the time. Not that I would touch anyone inappropriately, however I often catch myself touching a persons arm, showing my sincereity, or gladness to see them. Some may think that is inappropriate. Why am I even answering this. Am I a flirt? I don't believe so, and I truly hope no one thinks of me in that way because its definately not meant to be.

Coz ugly people may have low self esteem therefore get offended and think that they are being harrassed...thats life :(

well, it kinds makes sense, because it's all to do with whether the attention is welcome or not. If it's from someone you think is ugly, then you don't want that kinf of attention from them, do you? If they're drop dead gorgeous, then you'd love it!!!!
