I think you could hollar sexual harrassment if you wanted to. However, it will make you a lot of enemies in your office. It may be better if you just say to this person that you would prefer that they don't make any further comments to you like that as you find it somewhat offensive. Then you just make one person mad instead of the whole office. You may just want to let it go until she makes another comment. May be it was just a one time thing that she just wanted to see if she could get your attention. This is my way of answering. Hope it helps.

Well i dunno about offended but if your married you might want to steer clear of that one .... she's putting the move on you BIG TIME !!! If your married make it clear to her that your faithful and not interested and dont' mince no words .... u dont' want her to get any other impression other than ur not interested. Be polite but be straight to the point ! If your not married and interested well hell get to it ... LOL. Good Luck !
