Business Management is a pretty general degree. You will be competing with many others.

The way you word your question suggests that you may not be a US citizen or visa holder.

If that is the case, be advised that a US employer faces a possible $10,000 fine for knowingly hiring someone who does not have the right to work here. And the illegal employee could be deported [after numerous hearings, etc.], AS WELL AS be banned for re-entry to the US.

Sure, -- the fine hasn't been enforced very often. And there is currently a firestorm of protest underway in America which would make it MUCH more difficult for someone who doesn't have the legal right to work here to get permission.

Yes, employers can get a visa for newly hired foreigners, AND a) those are all gone for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30th, b) the employer has to demonstrate that there is a shortage of eligible Americans to do the job -- which, in your case, there isn't UNLESS the employer shows some other criteria you haven't mentioned [such as fluency in a specific foreign language for a good business reason.]

Very easy.
But you have to be willing to start at entry level and work your way up.

It also depends on what your degree is - a Bachelor's or a Master's. Higher degrees usually command more money.
