How can I stop those lizards from coming to my house?

If you talking about Anoels(spelling?) there really isn't much that you can do.
Hey, they are great for eating insects for you.
Most type of lizards are great for controlling insects in your yard.
So, why not just keep them around?

If they are coming into the house, they can squeeze themselves into tiny spots. Check around windows and doors for any small openings.

Get rid of their food source. A clean house,no bugs.No bugs no lizards.
