depends on the school offering the degree, and, in part, your other admittance qualifications.
Getting into the very best MBA schools is very competitive and, other things being equal, students with RL business experience to build on will be admitted over students who do not yet have any.
On the other hand, middle rank or even good schools [but not 'best' schools] can and do accept MBA students who have good prior academic records and strong test scores without any significant prior business experience.
