Watch tv...walk the dogs for some exercise...go to the cinema with friends..play cards, poker, bingo,etc...doesn't if you're a pensioner you rot all day...just keep busy. Find something to do..or someone to spend time with..take one day at a time..you'll be surprised.Take care.

Sit in surgery waiting rooms, ring up police to complain about little children playing outside, take a day trip to Brighton, eat and drink lots of tea and biscuits, gossip to their friends. The list can go on and on........

sleep for an hour or two.

go on holiday. i did just that and it did me the world of good and this week i have plenty to do to catch up on little things that got unattended to whilst away. if u go away you can meet people to talk to etc so u wont be so bored.
