I found this in allexperts site.Word "Maxedout" was printed infront of a person's name.Please explain

If a person is MAXED OUT it means they have nothing left to give.

All used up. Taken to the limit. Like my hard drive is maxed out. I have to delete some stuff.

usually means 'at the limit'. Like maxed out on your credit card.
