I'm going on vacation and would like to delay my period by about a week. Are there any natural (herbal) ways to do this?

Not that I heard of. I'm going on a vacation next week and I'm afraid it's going to come in the middle of it, I know it sucks but I really feel so much better after I get mine. So just pack on some Tampons and have fun, you won't feel a thing with tampons and you can still swim and do everything, unless you're the kind that gets a lot of cramps, then ask your doctor for some strong pain killers. My advice though not to delay it, you might spent that whole extra week feeling like a balloon and bloating.

There are several ways - but I've found it's better to experiment with them before you actually need them! (if you see what I mean). I've held mens off for 10 days once by holding ice. You hold ice for as long as you can - throughout the day (and night depending on how dedicated you are). You also soak your feet in ice water. Do not use hot water to bathe in. Try to drink less water (but be careful to not overly dehydrate yourself). Do not eat sesame seeds, papaya, aspirin (or any other blood thinner). There is homeo you can take to delay but I can't remember what it's called. Hope it helps.
