When I started yahoo answers I never new it's going to be a hobby that I'm going to spend all day on,Why is it so fun in your opinion???

I know, I felt the same way when I first started on Answers. I came in thinking that I would just use it to find answers that I literally couldn't find anywhere else. I didn't care about the point system and really didn't understand why anyone else did either. Then I discovered P&S and I became hooked on asking and answering questions. It was fun reading other people's answers to my questions as well as giving answers to other users and receiving points. Now I'm just like any other Yahoo! Answerer...an addict!

It works on the "positive reinforcement" principle.
You get points - and it makes you want to see more points. You also enjoy seeing other people's question because we all like to show off our knowledge.
You also get to "talk" to other people all around the world.
But, seriously.....apart from all that nonsense I just spewed out...
Because we are all here! That's why!
