I'd get very nervous and uncomfortable, show them i'm not interested (unless theyre like really cool or Angelina Jolie and i wouldn't mind going lezbo for a night LOL jk)

One time a friend of a friend who is a girl was really flirty with me and then she made a move and i reacted really quick, she kissed my cheek and almost went further until i pushed her and she fell like four feet away from me. I felt bad but hey, what the hell? We laughed about it afterwards.

The manager of our local restaurant has been flirting with me for years. On the times when I have been single, he has often asked me for "coffee" at his place. I have never taken up the offer and I have a brilliant laugh with him. Most of my g/f's have found it amusing. He is a lovely bloke, I just don't do the Man thing!!!"

I am a little slow on reading peoples intent. So there is a good chance I would not know they were flirting. Once I realized it though I would be polite and decline.

Women flirt with each other all the time....its a game & a tad exciting .. but sometimes it can be un-nerving if they go beond the fun of it... I have a female admirer ... who keeps touching my waist/hips/top of my thigh .when standing next to me....it is getting annoying - verging on the sexual harrassment... aaahh! what can I do - as I may have encouraged her...

I have had that happen and I just explain to them I don't swing that way, I do have a couple of Bi-Friends I Love to go shopping with, but I respect their Lifestyles and they respect Mine.
