Congratulations :-) That is so exciting. Unless there was a specific health reason concerning your wife and/or yourself that caused the miscarriage (unlikely, or you would/ should already know this after the miscarriage in March), then there is nothing specific you can do. Try not to worry too much as this could increase the risk (stress), and be healthy :-)
Also speak to your doctor about diet, supplements, and other restrictions or precautions she might specifically take.
Good luck, I wish you all the best

There is really nothing you can do to cause miscarriage, short of taking drugs or being exposed to diseases such as rubella. The best thing that you can do is make sure that your wife stays away from people who are sick, cigarette smoke and eats healthy foods that she can tolerate. Sleep is very important as well. Drink tons of water. Make sure to go to all prenatal appointments. Congrats and good luck!

Just get her to take it easy. You are usually safe around the 3 month ( 12 week) mark. You are right you cant change nature but just remember if you do miscarry ( god bless you dont) it is for a reason. Just get your wife to take it easy and not over do herself.....

Congratulations!! It is always wonderful to hear of impending babies! I don't think there is much I can offer in the way of advice to stave off miscarriage but as hard as it might be, your wife needs to relax as much as she can and try imagining herself carrying the baby to full term and staying positive. A lot of TLC from you might help too ;)

Ohhhhhh good luck. You will both be on tenderhooks for ages now. Tell her to get plenty of rest during her first three months, no carrying, no shopping (heavy stuff) no hanging washing out - in fact, wrap her in cotton wool. I really hope everything goes well for you both.

well congrats guys!!!
go to doctor soon as u can and talk to him , tell him everything that happened in March and see what he says. It's important that this time u listen what Ur doc will say, maybe he will check her more and tell her to be more careful this time. Plus u have to help her to , she is going to need it.
Don't wait and go to the doc.
