'Leaving no stone unturned'

I think the McCanns would have a hard time defending this action if it was ever brought against them.

mark - I have no doubt you are right. So given that the McCanns actions resulted in her death, do you feel they should be punished in a court of law, or do we bypass justice in this case? Shall we pick and choose when justice gets delivered?

Welcome back - again.

If they had left "no stone unturned" in the beginning, this whole sorry mess wouldn't have happened.

Whoever brought the case would be up against very powerful lawyers but yes the McCanns should have a hard time trying to represent their claims.

If you mean in relation to the trades' description act, i's a moot point. Funnily enough I heard the other day that it takes around £4million to engage a top QC to defend a case overseas. I do not know if that includes travelling time.

If they hadn't neglected their children in the first place this wouldn't have happened. Leaving no stone unturned???? With the amount of stones on this planet how come they have time for a luxury holiday with all the trimmings.

Happy Murcias post is what interested me most, sorry Dave LOL.
We had speculated on here, that this MAY be the case, so now it appears to be true. Very interesting.

I think people would feel happier about the company if they explained a bit more about how they are spending the money. People didnt donate to buy balloons/pay salaries etc they paid into the fund to help find Maddy ie people searching/private detectives something concrete. All we are hearing about is how they are raising even more money and not much searching is going on!

No, I don't.

Note to The Happy Murcia: You say you've read that they are barred from leaving Portugal. Isn't it true that you have read that here on Yahoo! Answers? Have you started to treat what you see here as credible? Sad.

Why don't you try? Seriously, you must have collected enough data & evidence against them to win, for sure, by now, haven't you? Or is this all conjecture?

Anthony: My take is that money is being used to fund good PIs. Thats the reason why details of this can't be divulged at this stage. It has to be Private, right? or the purpose will get defeated.
