how can i join in google adsense. i don't have url.?

it asks my url, but how can i create? it means it asks those who are already having wep page and url? how can i earning with google adsense? i don't understand. pl. reply soon and clear my doubts.

i saw a ad. in newspaper. following is that ad. pl. read
"earn rs. 10,000/- per month at home 2 hours per day in google adsense" they had given a contact no. i contact with them. they told that they are trained for adsense. they have cd. they told amount for training. is it true?

You first must have a functional website before you can apply for Adsense.
Secondly that ad you saw is not true.
They are making money from people like you and not Adsense.

Google adsense are web ads. You must have a webpage or a web "blog" to use it.

EDIT: Or else have permission to edit someone else's webpage / weblog to put ads on it!

Newspaper ad is a scam. Go read Google's website on adsense yourself. They don't provide any "training", since none are needed! If you have more viewers, you earn more. Less, you earn little. It's that simple!

No, the newspaper ad is not true. There's no way you can make $10K per month using AdSense. They're just making money selling CD's & scamming people.
