I'm 12 and my breasts are growing. So I was wondering what the hell is the bump or lump or whatever in my boobies? Is it cancer?

well as a gurl em if those bumps are d tiny lil lil lil bumps by ur nipples dey are normal also if som1 is suckin ur nipples sorry 2 say dey mght coz bumps coz dey are jus growing and also u're 2 young 2 av cancer but if u feel pains or if d bumps are growin u could contact a breast therapist

I went through this same worrying process when I was your age, and I'm sure we all have at one point or another. My best guess is that nothing is wrong and you're just feeling the development of your mammary glands and the fatty tissue surrounding them that creates the volume of the beast.
However, there is a slim chance that there is something questionable going on (emphasis on "slim.") Keep track of this bump and see if there are any changes. Remember, a bump probably isn't horribly serious unless it begins to change over time. If it begins to grow and/or become hard, you should get yourself to the doctor. Could be just a cyst that can be easily removed, but either way you should get it looked at by a professional if it begins to change in that way.
Keep in mind, your breasts aren't going to develop into two symmetrical, perfectly mirror-image copies with no "abnormalities" or imperfections. I would be very surprised if your breasts even came out to be exactly the same size. I won't go into detail, but I was thoroughly freaked out the day I realized that it was true when they say they will probably differ a small bit in size. Just remember to stay calm and not get too concerned right away as you notice these gradual changes in your body. Chances are good there's nothing to worry about, but when in doubt, ask mom (I know, horror of horrors, but she's been where you are and I'm sure she has some knowledge and advice she can share with you.) You are still growing so the bump you notice may be part of that. Please let your mom know about this as well so that she can help you to keep an eye on it. Also, please tell your dr about this whenever you go in for your next check up.

dont worry!!! its normal! every girl in the world has that little lump in ther breasts when they strat tp develop. i did, my mom did, my cousins did, my nana di my aunts tias, sisters!!! its normal.
