My God or Goddess does not require me to permit circulate of the rope to "coach" that I believe them. for this reason it does not ensue. i could probable climb up the rope. And if i became no longer able to i'm particular my God and Goddess could summon the potential interior me to climb up. they are great, loving beings regardless of each and every thing.

Is this a reference to Gerry Adams?
If so, pull him to safety.

Of course i'd help him. Just like i'd help you & all the Dave ss in the world and Jack H too and even Gerry McHunt.
BarrieG, i'd let him dangle for some time, but would save him at the last minute.

Tricky Question ...as a humanitarian I couldn't let someone Die ..if it was possible for me to save them.... but in Jekyll's case I think I could make an exception. And make sure my hands were sweaty...

Pull the guy up - not in my nature to just let anything die. Mind you I would probably need a good shower afterwards.

I would ask some questions with one hand holding the rope, the other holding a knife, we would know the truth then.
