No married woman doesn't have legal right on her in-laws intestate property (self acquired & left without any will) but only as a widow of their pre-deceased son she has legal right & so does her son & daughter have share in such property. If it is a family property or an ancestral property then only her sons or daughters will be coparceners in such property & have interest on the basis of survivorship, she doesn't have any interest in such property but only right to live & enjoy such property being a member of the family. The son get interest in the self acquired property of the father only as a legal heir if no will is made for any such property by the deceased father, son cannot claim any right on the self acquired property of his father during his life time. This is the legal position with regards to Hindus.

YOU MARRIED THEIR SON NOT THEIR THEIR PROPERTY YOU SHOULD BE WANTING TO LIVE TOGETHER AS A FAMILY AND NOT JUST TAKE A PART OF THEIR PROPERTY AND TELL THEM BYE-BYE AND NO MARRIED WOMAN DON'T HAVE RIGHTS TO ASK FOR A SHARE OF PROPERTY AND SONS DON'T EITHER BECAUSE THE PROPERTY BELONGS TO THE PARENTS UNTIL THE PARENTS DECIDE TO GIVE TO THEIR KIDS
