There are only 4 stages of Endometriosis, not 5. Also, hysterectomy is not a cure for Endometriosis (in fact there is no definitive cure, but there are effective treatments). The disease can thrive all on its own as a result of the aromatase (estrogen-synthesizing) enzyme it produces; HRT can stimulate it even more. You need to have a specialist consult on your case and possibly undergo excision surgery to finally remove all disease once and for all. You don't need to wait for a referral, call the other docs yourself or visit their websites to learn about their free evaluation and review process.

Yes, endometriosis can come back after a hysterectomy. For some women being on the HRT can make the endo become problematic.

I would recommend finding a dr very experienced at removing all endo (some drs don't know that endo can come in all kinds of colors).

Also, there are only 4 stages to endo at this time but some drs are starting to see that endometriosis can mess with the immune system which means that some are seeing it as an autoimmune disease. I have sure found this to be the case for my own situation because of the way that my endo deals with my body.

Although it is very possible for endometriosis to regrow after a hysterectomy (even ovary removal), your symptoms could be related to your inadherence to your HRT. HRT is not something you can just take whenever you feel like it. You either take it or you don't. But any endometriosis that may have been left behind after surgical removal could be growing back, which means that either way, you should just bite the bullet and go back to see your doc. No woman should have to deal with that kind of pain. I sympathize with you, as I am a sufferer of endo, and my total hysterectomy is creeping closer and closer.

Ask your wellness care expert approximately having a D & C. I even have an identical difficulty and am 25 years previous I had the technique accomplished some month in the past and that i've got been feeling rather good, I havent had the hysterectomy yet. that's the fewer abrasive surgery and it form of feels to be working. communicate on your wellness care expert approximately it and notice what they should say.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

You really need to read "Endometriosis Bible & Violet Protocol" by Zoe Brown (also available in electronic format here: http://www.endometriosisbible.info ). It's about how to eradicate endometriosis disease forever. It worked for me, you will see results in only a matter of weeks. Good Luck!
