I do not recommend Victoria Secret. They don't size women very well at ALL, I've only heard negative reviews about women being sized there.
It would be better to go to Sears or JCPenney or Nordstroms to get sized.
Then take the size they give you and look around for some bras.
Just realize that bra sizes are not standardized. You could be a 38C in one bra, and a 38DD in another bra. So only use the size they say as a starting point.

First of all you need to be measured for a bra. Most women do not have the right size for what they actually need, and that causes back problems later. After you find out your size, you can start shopping for a bra. Make sure it's comfortable, the straps don't cut into your shoulders, and make sure that it'll be something you can move around in all through the day. If you're larger, padded bra straps help.
I'm a 38G, and because I can't find my bra size in stores, I order mine online through http://www.figleaves.com. This is a great website and they have a UK sister site just in case you live outside the USA. They have sizes all the way up to J and larger, I think, and as small as A. But the good thing about them is that you can try on the bra, and if it doesn't fit, you just send it back in a pre-paid package and they'll send you the correct size.

I would recommend consulting with a bra fitter. They go to the big dept stores like Penney's on a Sat to try and help women find the bra that fits them best. The service is free. Check with the big dept stores in your area to see when they are going to have the bra fitter be there.

go to victoria secret and get measured and then ask them for any recommendations on a great bra for your body type and for your size. you dont have to spend $40 bucks on a bra there, but whatever tips they tell you apply them to finding that great bra at another store.

Get measured but I wouldn't do it at victoria secret as they don't measure right. If you live in the U.S try finding a gapbody, they also do bra fittings.

consult your physician if your current bras are not comfortable. They may know of special orders to companies that can make a custom fit bra for you for an affordable price. Take the measurements of that bra to the likes of Victoria's Secrect and maybe they can special order any bras they have based on the special bras specs.

Good question! I don't think they exist. I spent a half hour in Walmart's bra section. No success so I still walk around braless!

Try a privately owned lingerie shop. Lots of them offer bra fitting clinic's now where they will really help you find what works and tell you why.
