pee on your co-workers they will leave quickly for a shower so u will have a chance to go an pee and your pen will be in safe

create a diversion right, then when your co worker starts to pay attention to whats going on you RUN to the restroom, pee, then run back but don't forget to wash your hands this is very important
but whatever you do DONT LEAVE THE PEN!
