I would say get an exercise regimen going, time permitting I know how it is with kids. Try a variation of chest exercises ranging from dumbell bench presses, cable crossovers, butterfly press, diamond shaped push ups to name a few, these exercises have been known to help shape the pectoral muscles of men and women alike. Also I would recommend checking out Denise Austin, she has quite a few exercises for women and how to lift, shape and trim your bustline. I hope this helps.

Perk always adds the illusion of size because they're lifted off your core so they tend not to "blend in" with the mass of your core. I'd get a push up bra, or even just check the size of the bra you're wearing. You're probably wearing the band too loose. (You should only be able to pull the band out about an inch and a half. Any more than that and it's not providing you enough support--or perk). If your underwire is uncomfortable, you're wearing the wrong size bra--unless you've had augmentation (bc then underwires are usually uncomfy bc the shape of your breast is different).

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

There is no natural and safe way to make your breasts bigger. On the other hand, you can do some weight training, which will tone and strengthen the chest muscles, which will in turn lift the breast so they won't droop.

Try weight machines that work the pectoral muscles. You can find these in gyms. It will take several months of doing it regularly, and they won't uplift as good as surgery but it will help some.

The only way is to get a good fitting bra.

Other than that it is a breast lift. If your breasts are big, you could get a breast reduction with lift.

I think that doing push-ups and by putting your palms together and pushing - you will feel it in your shoulders....

Also do wear a good support, underwire bra.....It will definitely help.......

GOOD LUCK!!!!
