Interlocutory injunction - An injunction which lasts only until the end of the trial during which the injunction was sought.

An "ad interim" injunction is the same thing. Blacks law dictionary refers "ad interim" to "interlocutory".

Most often these are referred to as "temporary injunctions" or "temporary restraining orders"

Do you ever click on an ad (on purpose)? Not usually. Only if it catches my eye, and I have some interest in the product. From what PAGES Do you notice ads (profile, search, home, open Q, or Category pages)? I will glance some ads over, but then again, not too often. Have you ever purchased a product or service BECAUSE of an AD on an ANSWERS page? NO Does your Employer sponsor ads on Answers? YES, Ford Motor Co. (retired) How many of you are annoyed by ads on Answers pages? The ones that annoy me are the ones that start showing some streaming video and a sound track that you can't seem to turn off. If you owned a major corporation, would you want ads to be displayed at Answers? It would depend on the cost of the ads per view. I would also want to know how many clicks resulted in sales.
