Ok last night someone asks "Does anyone know when the world cup u20 with mexico will be played"? She gets the answer ( thursday July 12th ) with a link to the FIFA U20 web site. 40 minutes later the same person post the following question. "Does anyone know the time for the Mexico World Cup U20 to be played on Thursday against Congo? We live in OH" ? Had she clicked on the link offered in the original question she would have known for it was right there in front of her nose in black and white. So my question is, do you feel this person is lazy, stupid or both ?

How hard would it have been for her to find the info herself ?

I'd have to say that they are just being lazy. I wouldn't say they are stupid because they were smart enough to get on the internet, come here, and ask a question. If you can do that but still have to ask questions like that I'd say that they were just being lazy and wanted a quick answer so they didn't have to look it up themselves.

Edit: It would have been very easy for them to have found the answer to their question with the links you provided and had they have done that they wouldn't have had to ask another question like the first one they asked. It would have required little effort on their part for them to use your links and this just supports the fact that they are just plain lazy. What a shame.

Both. But then again if the user wasn't they could have gone to the web site and found it themselves in the first place instead of posting a question here.

I think you might wanna mind your business and stop over analyzing users.
Sure, there are people who like to waste 5 points at every turn but thats their business.
No offense
