It will take time for yahoo or google search bots to pick up the website ...a couple of weeks

Yes it takes time, and as said, 11 is good. But I guess kind of annoying also, not quite in the first page.
Well, what is on your website is not at all the only criteria for search engine popularity.
You need to increase the number of links going into your website also.

Submit to all the free directories that are listed on this webpage http://www.strongestlinks.com/directories.php?sortcolumn=fee

Then join a value exchange like this one http://value-exchange.sitesell.com/website110.html which is a great way to search quickly for people who may want to exchange links with you.

Also, add more content! Google will give preference to websites with more content. Hence why wikipedia always shows up on page one, well, almost all the time, even though the people who write it never use researched keywords.

Yes it takes time. I made major changes to my site 3 months ago but ask.com still links to the old content. Google seem to look at me about once a week but the changes seem to take a little long to make it to the results. Have you used a free submitter to get your self noticed, I found that helped. If your host supports Awstats then that will list the bots that have visited you.

The settings how often and on which way the search engines collects information from your website will be given to them in the HEAD-TAG of your website - in a META-TAG. You have to contact your provider, to change a few things at your HTML code or to add your URL again to the search engines. That could help much! ;)

Number 11 is GOOD! Any changes do take time but Yahoo will pick it up. Without knowing how competitive your market is for the keywords you are using, it's difficult to predict if you can get much higher.

It will take a little time for the bots to get back to you however have you submitted a sitemap in the past?
If so and you have significantly changed your site then you need to resubmit a new sitemap.
That will get them to look at your site a bit sooner.

The best way to get top ranking from any search is to pay them a fee to be one of the top 5, otherwish no. ll is a great ranking.
