when i go to save to my flashdrive i get an error occured while the wizard was saving information to the flash drive? what is this and how do i fix it, i have tried to do it in add hardware and it come up saying it has not passed windows logo testing? please help

sound like your computer will not allowed you to install unsigned drivers.right click my computer and select properties.select hardware tab.click driver signing button and select warn.
