Exhaustion for me :-p only cause I'm a die-hard-insomniac (as you can tell its 4:30am in the morning here)
But otherwise it's usually boring relaxing stuff like reading or listening to relaxing music or sometimes even a boring old tv show (set with a sleep timer ofcourse)
Warm milk and a warm bath before bed always helps!

filled stomach,
Also when night falls the silence and darkness are helping you to fall asleep fast..
peace of the area and warmth of the bed quickens the process
and if you had good sex, you will just go to deeeeeeeeeeeeeeep sleep

the daily program i have- it is very busy!! lavender oil does work sometimes..! and also if i eat too much i wanna sleep earlier!
