I assume it is a CRT monitor.

This is normal. CRTs are easilly affected by magnetic fields and changes in the monitor's magnetic field. If you want to see this, leave the monitor on and rotate it though 90" so that it faces left or right, then look at the screen.

To get rid of these effects there is a circuit in the monitor that degausses (demagnetizes) the monitor. It does this by putting a big AC current though a coil of wire around the CRT for an instant. This creates a strong magnetic filed that demagnetizes the monitor. It also can move the coil and any iron parts in the monitor around slightly, and so you get that buzzing / ringing noise when you power it on from cold.

Have yu kept any metallic thing(keys mayb?) on your speakers or on the tower?

Or check if there are any screws loose.

Yu can sit and find out the source of the noise by eliminating 1 thing at a time. Start disconnecting the mouse, keyboard and other such accessories to find the source of the noise. It is unlikely that yur monitor wud make noises.
